The business is owned by Managing Director Paul Maguire, who has led and significantly grown the business over the last 9 years. Paul brings a plethora of technical experience and understanding from his background as a plumber and gas engineer. Through hard work, dedication and a lead from the front culture, he has rightly forged respect from both clients and his team. His dedicated approach and continual commitment to delivering exceptional work, has launched the business to where it is today.
Mike Laffan
Estimator and Project Manager

Mike started his career in construction working for a family run business. He then forged an established network of private work and grew his own business in Hertfordshire prior to joining the property crew. Mike is a problem solver and is a crucial link between the office and site teams. His in-depth knowledge of buildings and site operation make him a key member of the TPC team

Esther is a dynamic and passionate strategic thinker with over 17 years experience specialising in residential investment, development, asset and portfolio management. Esther has an on the ground understanding of real estate and it’s integration with end to end business operation. She is a problem solver and thrives on developing a robust team environment & culture.
